Tuesday Evening Women’s Cycle Club in Hounslow
Aimed at female cyclists who are already fairly confident cycling on the road, the Women’s Cycle Club aims to build skills and experience in riders who prefer to ride in a friendly, informal, relaxed group. Starting again on the 10th of April 2018, the Club meets at Lampton Park, and then rides out into the surrounding area on Tuesday evenings (from 6pm to 7.30pm).

Booked-to-order Advanced Cycle Training in Hounslow
In addition to the cycle training we offer in and around Lampton Park in Hounslow, we are now running a more flexible, bespoke adult training service with free sessions which are suitable for cyclists who are already competent and experienced, but would like to raise their skills to Level 3, the highest level of training available. Anyone who’d like to take advantage of these sessions needs to live, work or study in the borough of Hounslow and be over 14.

To give you an idea of what we usually cover in these sessions, Level 3 equips trainees with skills for more challenging roads and traffic situations – busier streets, queuing traffic, complex junctions and roundabouts. It also includes planning routes for safe cycling.

Individual lessons (one-to-one) can be booked in at a mutually convenient time between the trainee and instructor and can last up to 2 hours.
